Happy Fourth of July!!!

Happy Independence Day! Every year we debate on what we should do for the fourth, and while parades aren't high on our list (sleeping in being more important) we never miss a good firework show, and being so close to the National Mall you have to take advantage of the opportunities right? So for our fourth year straight we walked and walked and walked, got a first class firework show, and met up with a few friends to enjoy the moment. (pictures below)

Our other Fourth of July activity was the Tiger Woods AT&T National golf tournament. We had a lovely day on the course and got to see Tiger up close and personal. However even though he is probably the best and won the tournament, my personal favorites are still Furyk and Hoffman. Hoffman, because he is the best dresser on the course, even his shoes match his outfit! You have to love a guy who has fun with his game. And Furyk because he gave me his autograph last year, now I'm a fan for life. Unfortunately cameras and cell phones were not allowed in the event so I have no pictures.

So I have to explain the video. I don't use the video feature on my camera very often so while taking pictures with your camera turned sideways works (you just rotate them in the photo editor on the computer) This same feature does not work for video's. So this is the end of the finale of the fireworks on the National Mall for you all to enjoy, with the special effect of the fireworks shooting sideways.
